Refund Policy

Our refund policy ensures clarity, fairness, and transparency for all students enrolling in Brilliance Law Academy programmes.

1. General Refund Principles

Refunds are governed by UK consumer standards and our internal training policy.

Fair & Transparent

We aim to provide clear and fair refund terms that protect both the Academy and the student, ensuring responsible enrolment decisions.

Non-Transferable

Enrolments, payments, and course access cannot be transferred to another person.

Case-by-Case Consideration

Requests are reviewed individually where exceptional circumstances apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Whether a refund is available depends on course type, start date, and material access granted.

Before Course Access

If no materials, classes, or portal access have been provided, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on admin and processing deductions.

After Access is Granted

Once study notes, videos, classes, or portal access are issued, refunds are generally not available due to the digital nature of the content.

Live Classes

If live sessions have been attended, the programme is considered started and refunds are not typically applicable.

3. Instalment Plans

Instalment plans follow strict payment schedules.

Commitment to Full Fee

Students on instalments remain responsible for the full course fee even if they discontinue, unless a formal refund approval is granted.

Missed Payments

Missed or late payments may result in restricted access to course materials, classes, or the student portal.

Admin Adjustments

Admin or processing costs may be applied depending on payment circumstances.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events may impact a student’s ability to continue.

Medical or Personal Situations

Serious health or personal issues may qualify for partial consideration depending on documentation provided.

Course Deferrals

In some cases, deferring to a future cohort may be offered as an alternative to a refund.

Supporting Evidence

Supporting documents may be required before a refund or deferral is reviewed.

5. Refund Process

Simple and clear steps for submitting a refund request.
